Collogne mixes MUFF.

House all the way!

After a walk in the park, MUFF Label Night resident and founding father of Village Of Sounds, Thijs Collogne continues his voyage through sexiness.

I received this DJ mix a couple of days ago and I have to say that it wowed me all over the place. To keep traditions alive, Collogne mixes and matches 56 minutes of music with 100% pure quality vinyl records. In fact, he is one of those rare guys I know who still plays vinyl at any price.

For me Radio Slave’s “N.I.N.A.”, legendary San Soda (We Play House) and Bar 25’s Dirty Doering are the big ones. Furthermore, there’s Axel Boman with “I woke up with your name on my lips” and the ambient edit of his own record “Every third time”.

I think you should give it a try, even if you are not that much of a deep house music lover. Guys like Collogne should earn more respect for the things they do.

Here’s the Soundcloud.

Collogne – Every third time (ambient edit)
Map.ache – Carnival
Dj Dozia – Pop culture
San Soda – Let’s Go
Axel Boman – Purple drank
Elef – Less than low
Dirty Doering – I Would (Marcus Meinhardt remix)
Ron Costa – Sollass
Pezzner – The tracks are alive (Rozzo remix)
Ezel, Tamarra Welles – In my lifetime (Deetron remix)
Elef – Pardon
Radio Slave – N.I.N.A
Makam – You might lose (Kerri Chandler remix)
